Women Power

The progress of a nation is unimaginable without the progress of women. The
Government effort is not only limited to the upliftment of women but there has been
a paradigm shift with the emphasis now on development under the leadership of
women. This sensitive thinking of the central government has not only raised national
consciousness but also allowed daughters to gain their rightful place in society. As
a result of which women are scripting their success journey in every field from army,
startup, Olympics, research to education, science, politics, industry and sports. Let us
know when the world is celebrating International Women's Day (March 8), then how
the aspirations of women's power are getting a new flight in New India….

hese words are now becoming a reality in the Amrit Yatra
of India. It is the result of the relentless efforts of the
Tgovernment that women are able to make their presence
felt by leading the Republic Day Parade or flying the most modern
fighter aircraft Rafale or in the combat role against enemies or
making the nation proud in the world of sports or taking advantage
of self-employment opportunities to support the country's
economic progress equally, women power is walking shoulder to
shoulder with their male counterparts. Women have proved with
their ingenious nature that if they get equal opportunities, they
can build a prosperous, proud nation and not just a home.
According to the report of the International Monetary Fund,

India's GDP can increase by 27 percent if the share of women in
the workforce reaches the same level as men. If 50 percent of
skilled women join the workforce, the growth rate could increase
by 1.5 percent to 9 percent per year. There is a need to include
women in the labor force in the New India for which the central
government is constantly taking new initiatives. 'Sabka Saath,
Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas and Sabka Prayas' is the motto
guiding New India in the Amrit Mahotsav. With this sense of duty
crores of countrymen are laying the foundation of a prosperous
and golden India.
The nation exists from us, and we exist from the nation. This

feeling is becoming the driving force of the people in building a
New India. With the efforts of the central government, a system
is being created in which there is no place for discrimination. A
society is being built where the foundation of equality and social
justice is being strengthened.

WOMEN EMPOWERMENT
In the past, there was a time when the issue of women
empowerment was not expansive and often the welfare of the
poor and rural women was ignored. But in the last few years, the
central government has also worked to eliminate this imbalance.
Today, the face of women empowerment is the 9 crore poor
women who have received gas connection for the first time and
