AWARDS MOTIVATE
TO WORK HARD
There is no substitute for hard work; you must recognise its value. If you work with true
passion, your work will be respected sooner or later. A living example of this is the inclusion
of many such names in the Padma Awards announced in 2023. Some have been working in
their respective fields for 50 or 60 years without getting any publicity. They have not only kept
India's heritage alive, but also its arts, culture, sports, and folk music alive, through their work.
New India Samachar spoke with some of these Padma Award recipients.
