INDIA'S FIGHT AGAINST TERRORISM IS

STRONG, NEED FOR GLOBAL COOPERATION

India vehemently fights against terrorism. India also does not distinguish

between good terrorism and bad terrorism. It is an attack on humanity,

liberty, and civilization. An integrated approach with zero tolerance is
important for the fight against terrorism. With this purpose that terrorists

do not receive funding India reiterated its commitment at the 'No Money for
Terror' Ministerial Conference on Counter-Terrorism Financing.

“Tfreedom, and civilization. It knows no
boundaries. Only a uniform, unified and zero tolerance
approach can defeat terrorism.”
Addressing the 'No Money for Terror' Ministerial
Conference (Counter-Terrorism Financing), Prime
Minister Narendra Modi's statement reiterates India's
commitment, which has become the foundation of its
fight against terrorism. Highlighting the importance of
this global conference Prime Minister said it should not
be seen as just a gathering of ministers as terrorism
affects the entire humanity.
He said the long-term impact of terrorism is adverse
to the poor and the local economy. He said that be it
tourism or trade, no one likes a sector that is under
constant threat. He said that terrorism results in the
loss of livelihood of the people. It is imperative that we
stop the illegal flow of cash to terrorist organizations.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi strongly called
for avoiding any ambiguity in dealing with terrorism
and warned countries that use terrorism as an
instrument of foreign policy. The prime minister
said, " over the years terrorism in various names
and forms tried to hurt India." He said that even
though thousands of precious lives were
lost, India fought terrorism bravely. The
