THE PATH TO EMPOWERMENT
FOR STUDENTS AND YOUTH IN
THE COUNTRY
NATIONAL TESTING AGENCY (NTA): This agency has
now conducted all eligibility tests since its inception,
including JEE, NEET, UGC-NET, C-TET, and Central
University Admission. Every year, more than 60 lakh
candidates take these exams. The examination was
uniform, and any fears of malpractice were dispelled.
Self-Certification:
From June 2016, it is now not mandatory to make
rounds of gazetted officers to get your own certificate
verified. Appointment letter is issued on submission
of self-attested documents.
NATIONAL RECRUITMENT AGENCY: The National
Recruitment Agency (NRA) was established to reform
the qualifying examination for recruitment to central
government jobs. All candidates will be required to take
a common aptitude test in the future, which will be valid
for multiple jobs and for a set period of time.
NEP2020 (NATIONAL EDUCATION POLICY):
Following extensive brainstorming, the National
Education Policy 2020 was developed in order to
prepare strong youth for the future. After 34 years,
the new National Education Policy was released with
the goal of transforming India into the world's most
skilled workforce. By 2025, the policy aims to provide
vocational skills to 50% of the population.
SKILL DEVELOPMENT MISSION: Twenty ministries
and departments have trained 5.70 crore youth as part
of the Skill Development Mission, which was launched
on July 15, 2015. Aside from the 15 new AIIMS that were
sanctioned and operationalized, 320 new universities
were established, including 7 IITs and 7 IIMs. Students
and farmers are learning new skills, while old ones are
being recertified.

constructing new infrastructure for the new
economy in order to complete the Amrit Yatra
of freedom, i.e., the grand resolutions of the
next 25 years. The emphasis is on multimodal
connectivity that complements one another.
Work is being done to improve hill and border
villages through schemes such as Parvatmala
Yojana and Vibrant Border Village, which have
been included in the general budget this year.
Today, India is focusing on developing the
world's best digital infrastructure. Critical
health care facilities are being built at the
district and block levels as part of the Ayushman
Bharat Health Infrastructure Mission. Work is
being done to establish a medical college in
each district. The government has decided
that health and technical education should
be provided in the student's native language,
allowing even the poorest of the poor to
become doctors. Sustainable efforts to make
the defence sector self-sufficient and cutting-
edge have begun to bear fruit. Simultaneously,
the Agnipath scheme has been designed to
enable the Armed Forces' youth profile with
the goal of empowering the Army and creating
a talent pool.
In the last eight years, India has taken
numerous new steps on various fronts,
with public participation providing impetus
to the country's development. Countrymen
have made every effort and have become
emotionally attached to campaigns such
as Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan and Vocal
for Local. Now, New India's goal is to reach
scheme saturation, i.e., reaching 100 percent
of the population as soon as possible.
Today, India is regaining faith in its
civilization, culture, and institutions. Today, any
Indian anywhere in the world can speak about
India with great pride. Under Prime Minister
Narendra Modi's leadership, the initiative to
reach the last person and make them feel a
true sense of freedom has drawn such a line
on the stone that starts from the Amritkaal
of independence to the journey through the
golden years that will write a new destiny for
a new India.
