And the ability to make a firm decision with a buoyant spirit and
unwavering courage. It is called "youth." They lay the groundwork

for a country's progress. With an approximate 18% youth

population, India is the youngest nation in the world. These young

people ought to be competent. The greatest need we have right

now is this. This is also the idea of "Agnipath," the ambitious plan

to fortify the new India's premier national defence line... in order to

empower India while also ensuring that young people reach their

intended destination.
