         The nation's attention is drawn to parliamentary speeches ,especially when the Prime Minister
             gives thanks for the President's speech. Because it offers a development account. The
          common man's expectations are discussed. There would have been mention of Navnirman
          and as the country moves toward a new India in the 100th year of independence in Amritkal,
            this statement has greater significance. Prime Minister Narendra Modi not only kept this
            account of development in front of the people on 7 February but also gave the blueprint
            of its efforts for what India should be like in 2047 in the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha
           on 8 February. Prime Minister responded to the discussion on the motion of thanks to the
          President's address in a speech that lasted 1 hour 40 minutes in the Lok Sabha and roughly
