PILGRIMAGE SIMPLE AND EASY
AMARNATH YATRA
The work done by the government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the last
9 years to redevelop the cultural and spiritual sites of the country is truly inspiring.
Baba Vishwanath temple complex in Kashi, redevelopment of Kedarnath Dham, gifts
of development to Baba Baidyanath Dham in Deoghar and work done for Somnath
temple area are providing a lot of facilities to the devotees. Efforts have been
made to make the Amarnath Yatra more accessible and smooth. The Border Roads
Organization (BRO) has completed all the scheduled works by June 15, 2023, much
before the start of the Yatra this year and has eased the way for Amarnath Yatris.
BRO Director General Lt Gen Rajeev Chowdhary is telling how and what efforts were
taken to make the Amarnath Yatra smooth
