Our freedom fighters fought tirelessly to free the motherland from
the slavery of the British and dedicated each and every day, every
moment of time, every particle of life for the nation. The freedom
movement not only tried to unite the country in one thread but
also strengthened the sense of dedication among the citizens
towards the nation. Suhasini Ganguly, Abbas Tyabji, Badri Dutt
Pandey and Damodar Swarup Seth were such freedom fighters
who took part in several movements for independence directly
taking on the British. They spent a long time behind the bars while
fighting for independence. They also sought to raise the collective
consciousness of India.
