India's G20 Presidency Cover Story

India has rapidly emerged on the global stage in the last eight years, and its global role
has grown. In recent months, India has had the opportunity to lead a number of important
forums. Following the UN Security Council and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization
(SCO), India will have the historic opportunity to lead the G-20 beginning December 1,
2022. The G-20 presidency that India received under Prime Minister Narendra Modi is
significant. This demonstrates, in the spirit of "Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam," that India's
credibility and dominance are growing. Today, Indians are proud of their country's global

achievements. Let us know how India's G-20 presidency will make India the pride of the

G-20 presidency. With this verse of the
Shastra as its goal, India has begun working
as the G-20 President as from December
               1, 2022. The 75th anniversary of India's
independence will be the biggest event in
history, and India has a golden opportunity
in Amrit Kaal. The G20 members represent
around 85% of the global GDP, over 75% of
the global trade, and about two-thirds of the
world population. This big opportunity has
