We have not only expanded the scope
of the social security cover, but we are
also steadfastly working on the mission
of saturation, meaning that not a single
beneficiary should be left out of the benefits
of any scheme. When a government works
with this goal, seeking to reach every
beneficiary, the scope for any kind of
discrimination is eliminated.

As the world is apprehensive about the
obstacles facing the global economy, India
is moving steadily and rapidly toward a
brighter future. Today, India is not only
an emerging market but also an emerging
model. Prime Minister Narendra Modi,
speaking at the sixth Ramnath Goenka
Lecture in New Delhi on November 17, said
that the world is recognizing India’s growth
model as a model of hope...
he past four to five years have been full of
challenges for the world. In 2020, the corona-
Tvirus pandemic plunged the global economy
into uncertainty. Global supply chains were hit very
hard, and the world began to spiral into despair.
Amidst these crises, India’s economy achieved high
growth rates. In 2022, the European crisis impacted
global supply chains and energy markets. Despite
this, the country’s economy continued to grow
rapidly in 2022-23. In the sixth Ramnath Goenka
Lecture, Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke about
India’s development and its promise to reach every
person. PM Modi said that even when the situation
in West Asia deteriorated in 2023, the growth rate
remained strong. Even this year, when the world
is experiencing instability, our growth rate is still
around 7 percent. Despite numerous challenges,
they failed to halt India’s progress.
It is crucial for a country’s development that the
benefits of development reach everyone. When
the benefits of government schemes reach every-
one, including the oppressed, the exploited, and
the deprived, social justice is ensured. When fast
social justice is ensured, the country progresses
rapidly on the path of development. This is why
today’s India is eager to develop and become
