of 1.4 billion citizens, India has faced every crisis and
moved forward. While policies were formulated in
the past as well, today we witness tangible results.
Previously, the pace was slow; today, India is pro-
gressing rapidly. In the past, even the prospects for
the future were shrouded in uncertainty; today, our
resolutions are turning into achievements. Conse-
quently, the world is receiving a clear message: this is
the New India – a nation leaving absolutely no stone
unturned in its relentless pursuit of development.

Even in times of war, the world is astonished to
