               Heartfelt Tribute Paid to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel
               Prime Minister Modi paid a heartfelt tribute to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel at
               Somnath, Gujarat. He stated that Sardar Patel’s foresight and unwavering
               resolve played a decisive role in the reconstruction of the Somnath Temple. He
               highlighted that it was Sardar Patel’s dream to witness Somnath restored to its full
               glory, standing as a symbol of India’s civilizational pride and spiritual continuity.
               The nation will remain forever committed to realising this vision of Sardar Patel.

               Witnessed a breathtaking flypast
               On the auspicious occasion of the Somnath Amrit Mahotsav, PM Modi witnessed
               a breathtaking flypast performed by the Indian Air Force’s ‘Suryakiran’ Aerobatic
               Team. He remarked that this magnificent confluence of glory and valour in the
               skies cast a radiant glow of saffron and the tricolour over the Somnath Temple.

               every heart with deep joy and made every Indian proud.

               heritage. The Somnath Amrit Mahotsav was celebrated to mark
               the completion of 75 years since the inauguration of the recon-
               structed temple. As part of the festivities, he took part in several
               auspicious religious and cultural programmes and attended the
               flag-hoisting  ceremony.  On  this  occasion,  a  commemorative
               postage stamp and coin were also released, paying tribute to
