Responding to the Motion of Thanks on the President’s Address in the Rajya Sabha on
February 5th, Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke on a range of issues, including the
economy and trade agreements. In his nearly one-and-a-half-hour address, PM Modi
expressed gratitude for the President’s address and said that India will no longer lag;
