The world adopted the AI Impact Declaration
held in New Delhi. India advanced the cause for
“AI for All,” based on equity, access, and global
cooperation. The New Delhi Declaration, endorsed
by 91 countries and international organizations,
outlines a shared global vision for a collaborative,
trustworthy, robust, and effective AI. It represents
a milestone in global cooperation on artificial
intelligence.
Shared Global Vision for AI
Inspired by the principle of “सर्ववजन हि�तााय, सर्ववजन
सुखााय” (welfare of all, happiness of all), the
Declaration emphasizes that the benefits of AI
should be shared equitably with all humanity. It
emphasizes:
n Strengthening international cooperation and
engagement with multilateral stakeholders.
n Respecting national sovereignty.
n Advancing AI through accessible and reliable
frameworks.
