Wishing you all a very happy New Year! This year is special for everyone as

we are entering into the first year of a new decade, leaving behind some bitter
memories of the last year of the past decade which everyone would like to forget.
However, in every crisis there is a new learning. Hence, our approach should be

optimistic in every situation.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi's outlook has always been optimistic and he has
on many occasions reiterated that a glass should always be seen as half full, and
not as half empty. He affirmed this by turning a crisis into an opportunity, and it
is because of his efforts that AatmaNirbhar Bharat Campaign has turned into a

mass movement and people are getting ‘Vocal for Local’. It is the result of taking
strong decisions and their deft implementation by the Government over the past
six years that the country is witnessing a new dawn.

In all these years, 450 schemes of the Government have been implemented
on the ground level, but this time we are focussing on 21 selected issues in our
‘New India Samachar’ magazine to illustrate how a new dawn of development
and hopes is rising in the country.
India’s success is not only limited within the country, but in the new decade of

the 21st century it is also emerging as a harbinger of hope for the entire world.
To fulfil these expectations, the support of its 130 Crore people is required so
that the country, which is witnessing a new dawn of development, can continue

to fulfil hopes and expectations of its people.
