World World Photography - Humanitarian Day
SPECIAL: WORLD PHOTOGRAPHY DAY
DEDICATED TO HUMANITY
The world is celebrating World Humanitarian Day on the 19th of August which
envisions promoting the spirit of humanity. It coincides with World Photography
Day, which is celebrated to encourage amateur photographers. This time the
theme of World Photography Day is - Pandemic lockdown through the lens. The
government aims to give impetus to development with a humanitarian approach
making Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, and Sabka Vishwas along with Sabka Prayas a
key component of our progressive journey. Our endeavour is to showcase India's
resilient fight against the century's worst pandemic Covid as the government
rolled out the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan package and successfully ran a Corona
vaccination drive which crossed the 200 Crore milestone.
