PM Narendra Modi said that as President, Ram
Nath Kovind upheld the ideals of the Indian

said that as the country's first citizen, Ram Nath
Kovind has always advocated for the welfare of

Talking about the pandemic, the Prime
Minister said, as the Head of State at a time of
unprecedented stress of the pandemic and a

further mentioned that during your presidency,
in your numerous actions, interventions, and

Recalling his recent visit to Kovind's village in
Kanpur, the Prime Minister said, “I will never
forget our visit to Paraunkh a few weeks ago.
I was particularly touched to see how you had
donated your family residence to help others".
Wishing Ram Nath Kovind, PM wrote, "Equally
special was your gesture of visiting my mother
and talking to her. It showed your deep-rooted
commitment to the value-systems integral
to our land.” PM Narendra Modi also wished
Kovind a long and healthy life.
