                                                           hen Netaji left the country and went to Germany,
                                                      WRash Behari Bose had made up his mind to hand
                                                      over the reins of Azad Hind Fauz to him. Consequently,
                                                      he invited Netaji to visit Tokyo. On his invitation, Netaji
                                                      Subhash Chandra Bose arrived in Tokyo on June 20,
                                                      1943.  In  his  tete-a-tete  with  Subhash  Chandra  Bose,
                                                      the  Founder  of  the  Azad  Hind  Fauz  Rash  Behari
                                                      Bose  vowed to free the country from the British. The
                                                      two leaders  apart from  their surname shared  many
                                                      similarities-  both were Bengalis  and  revolutionary
                                                      figures. Rash Behari Bose handed over the command of
                                                      the Azad Hind Fauj in Singapore to Netaji on 5 July and
                                                      designated himself in the role of advisor.  Rash Behari

                                                      Bardhaman district of Bengal. From his school days, he
