India on the World Stage

India is now emerging as a key player, not

just in its vicinity but with other countries as

well having a very assertive presence at the

global forums.

Wherever an Indian lives in the world, his

Indianness and loyalty to the country do not
diminish in the least. As a result, every Indian
living anywhere in the world is a "Rashtradoot,"

and when the same national ambassadors
lead the nation's development, the country's

credibility grows. That world appears to be
prepared to deal with any crisis that humanity
faces. Whether it's Prime Minister Narendra

Modi's recent tour to Europe or Japan or
any other international excursions, the

slogan 'Bharat Mata Ki Jai' in such countries
reflects a new India mindset of "Vasudhaiv
Kutumbakam." The world has gained a new

concept of 'Why not India' by removing the
thought of 'Why India' from the past. It is
because the country's development has taken

a new path, and by uniting Indians who have
settled all over the world, they share the status
