                optical fibre networks. This is only the hallmark of modernity; it is not so. Three great
                forces are contained within it. A radical revolution in education is going to come through

                the digital medium. The radical revolution in health services is about to come from
                digital. A huge change in agricultural life is also going to come from digital. A new world
                is being prepared. This decade is the time of Techade for mankind.
