AND FARMERS

With the aim of reaching the last mile and the last person for inclusive
development, the Central Government is committed to 'Antyodaya'. Moving
towards the fulfillment of the big resolution of Sarvajan Hitaya, Sarvajan Sukhaya,
the Central Government is taking many schemes forward. With this view, Pradhan
Mantri Mudra Yojana was launched on 8 April 2015 for giving support to small
traders, and the e-NAM scheme was launched on 14 April 2016 with the concept
of 'one nation, one market' for farmers. In the last 7-8 years, with the vision of
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while traders and farmers are getting empowered,
they are also becoming partners in the development of the country.
