First General Budget of Amrit Kaal
The third general budget of the new decade of the 21st century and the first general
budget of the Amrit Kaal is moving towards the goal of fulfilling the grand vision of
a developed India. Its aim is to take advantage of the foundation prepared in the last
nine years and adopt a holistic and long-term approach focusing on 'Saptarishi' i.e.
seven priorities. This is a developmental budget showing the roadmap of Amrit Kaal,
whose goal is to give preference to the deprived sections, ease to the middle class,
and dreams of development of all sections of the aspirational society - village-poor,
