First General Budget of Amrit Kaal
The general budget has given been reduced and the size of the middle class
a historic gift to middle- has increased. Against this backdrop, making
the middle class the charioteer of development
class working people. Now in growing India, their aspirations have been
employed people will not have given special attention in this budget. India's
middle class is transforming very fast, whether
to pay any tax on an annual it is development or system, courage or ability
to take resolutions, today India's middle class
income of Rs 7 lakh. has become a catalyst of change. The middle
class is a credible force to fulfill the dreams of
a prosperous and developed India. Just as the
youth power of India is a special strength of India,
in the same way, the growing middle class is also
a great power of India. In order to empower the
middle class, the government has taken several
decisions in the past years and ensured ease of
living. The general budget has given a historic gift
to middle-class working people.
The agriculture credit target has been
increased to Rs 20 lakh crore with a focus on
animal husbandry, dairy, and fisheries. For the
next 3 years, 1 crore farmers will be provided
help in natural farming. For this, 10,000 Bio
Input Resource Centers will be set up. Not only
this, the National Digital Library for Children and
Adolescents, PM Kaushal Vikas Yojana 4.0 has
been announced to give flight to the dreams
and boost the competence of the youth. Under
this, 40 Skill India Centers will be set up across
the country, which will enhance the skills of the
youth and provide them an opportunity to move
forward. PM Vishwakarma Kaushal Samman i.e.
PM Vikas will bring a big change in the lives of
crores of 'Vishwakarma'.
This budget will make cooperatives the pivot
of the development of the rural economy. The
government has brought the world's largest
food storage scheme in the cooperative sector
– storage capacity and an ambitious plan to
form new primary co-operatives has also been
announced in the budget. This will expand the
area of milk and fish production along with
farming, as a result of which farmers, cattle
keepers and fishermen will get a better price for
their produce.
A special initiative has been taken for women's
empowerment with the announcement of Mahila
Samman Vikas Patra. Under it, women will now
get 7.5% interest annually on savings of Rs 2 lakh.
