INDIA'S G-20 PRESIDENCY
INCREASING CONSENSUS AND
SUCCESS IN G-20 MEETINGS
India is chairing the G-20 which will have its summit in New Delhi on 9-10 September. Nearly
50 meetings of the G20 Sherpa Track, Finance Track, and separate working groups have
already taken place to chalk out the declarations to be adopted at the Heads of State Summit.
In the first fortnight of April, the second meeting of the Sherpas, and the second meeting of the
Finance Minister, and the Central Bank Governor took place.
