Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'Mann Ki Baat' radio broadcast started on October 3, 2014,
on Dussehra. The completely apolitical 'Mann Ki Baat' programme completed 100 episodes
on April 30. This programme is dedicated to the development work in different parts of the
country and to taking welfare schemes to different sections of society. In strengthening
the social fabric of India, 'Mann Ki Baat' is like a thread that binds everyone together. It is a
huge accomplishment in itself that Prime Minister Narendra Modi interacts with his listeners
every month continuously without any interruption. Mann Ki Baat has evolved into a platform
for highlighting achievements in every field in the country. The theme associated with this
programme grew into a mass movement.
