Prime Minister Narendra Modi, extensive work has
been done not only in the field of education but also
for the teachers. With the passage of time, there
was a change in the methods of education, so
teachers and class rooms were equipped with new
technology, which benefited not only the students
but also the teachers. After the coming of the new
government, the result of the change in policies and
thinking was that not only permanent reinstatement
of teachers started but also a respectable increase
in their honorarium and facilities. The result of the
efforts of the present central government is that
the government is laying emphasis on education in
regional languages, which is also improving the lives
of teachers. Primary teachers learned their work in
regional languages, they suffered due to learning in
English being preferred, but the current government
changed this by introducing learning in regional
languages, saving the jobs of teachers who preferred
regional languages. Government is giving emphasis
on education in regional languages which is also
improving the lives of teachers. Prime Minister Modi
has said that such an environment should be created
where people come forward to become teachers.

best teachers for their children and pin their
hopes completely on them. Regarding primary

are among the first persons apart from the family
who spend maximum time with the child. The
teacher's realization of his responsibilities will
further strengthen the future generations of the
country. The role of a teacher is to show a person
the right path. Only a teacher teaches to dream
and convert those dreams into resolutions. Prime
Minister Modi has said that the status and destiny
of the India of 2047 depends on the students of
today and their future is being shaped by the
teachers of today. When a teacher connects with
the dreams of the student, he/she gets success
in getting his/her respect and affection.
