A Decade of Positive Reforms
The honest taxpayer of the country plays a pivotal role in nation-building and the
taxes paid by them drive the development paving the way for the ease of living
of the people. The initiatives of policy reforms, taxpayers' charter, and structural
reforms have made the tax system equitable, and simple. Every taxpayer is playing
a key role in the country's development. There has been a larger participation of
taxpayers since the last decade as several reforms have been undertaken in this
period. Every year the month of July becomes an important month to participate in
the celebration of use of technology for citizen centric services.
