India’s population by 2036 will be 152.2 crore, of which about 75 crore will
be women. If they get the right opportunities, India can move forward at
double speed. With the same approach, by recognizing the potential of ‘Aadhi
Abadi’ initiatives have been taken to empower them socially, politically, and
economically in the past decade. As a result, the women of India today are
independent, economically empowered, and full of resolve. They have a sense
of security… they are not only dreaming but also realizing it. The efforts of
the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led government have brought about a
revolutionary change in the decades-old stereotypes of girls or women...
As the world celebrates International Women’s Day (March 8), let us
know how women are becoming the pioneers of innovation in India,
as it moves towards the ‘Swarnim Varsh’ of independence...
