ramparts of the Red Fort. Often, the country waited
for big announcements from the Red Fort, but Prime
Minister Modi made it a true mass movement by
talking about cleanliness.
On 15 August 2014, from the ramparts of the Red
Fort, on the occasion of Independence Day, he gave
