                                                      Technology and the development of new

                                                      skills have become essential in every
                                                      field related to the nation and society.
                                                      Whether it is education or health, labour

                                                      or industry, village or city, government
                                                      or corporate, the significance of these

                                                      elements has grown even more in
                                                      the post-COVID world. As a result,
                                                      India has given a new direction to skill

                                                      development, with the nation's youth
                                                      opening doors of development and
                                                      progress for themselves by grooming

                                                      their lives with skills. Furthermore, skills,
                                                      re-skilling, and up-skilling have become
                                                      a mantra for millions of youth and

                                                      underserved groups seeking employment
