The concept of inclusive development cannot be
realised until the country's underprivileged are
developed. In order to further focus on the goal of
"reaching the last mile and the person," in the last
8–9 years, the central government formed separate
ministries of AYUSH, Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and
Dairy, Skill Development, Jal Shakti, and Cooperatives.
This year's general budget has also given priority to
last-mile connectivity. This budget will realise the
aspirations of today's aspirant society: village poor,
farmer, middle class.
