talaq law has given protection and power to
combat centuries-old evil practises like triple
talaq. The significance of this law can be gauged
by the fact that, just two or three years after its
implementation, there has been a reduction of
80 to 82 percent in triple talaq cases, providing
Muslim women with a sense of self-respect and
security.
Apart from legal safeguards, the central
government has launched a campaign to boost
women's self-esteem. Most central government
schemes provide documents while keeping
the women of the family at the centre. Not only
that, but in the past, women and their children
in Jammu and Kashmir were denied the right to
ancestral property after marrying a non-Kashmiri.
However, with the repeal of Articles 370 and 35A,
the women of this region have gained their rights.
The law has also been tightened in cases where
NRIs marry and then desert. Women in India
today are self-sufficient, financially empowered,
determined, have a sense of security, and are not
only dreaming but also making it a reality. The main
reason for this is Prime Minister Narendra Modi's
determination and the government's efforts. As a
result of this, there has been a revolutionary shift
in the thinking that a girl or woman is inferior,
which has been going on for decades.
According to the report of the
International Monetary Fund,
India's GDP can increase by
27 percent if the workforce
participation of women is
equal to that of men. If 50
percent of skilled women join
the workforce, the growth rate
can increase by 1.5 percent to
9 percent per year.
The Deendayal Antyodaya Yojna-National Rural
Livelihoods Mission has achieved remarkable
success by organizing rural women into 81
lakh self-help groups. Now we will ensure
that all these groups reach the next stage of
economic development through the formation
of giant producer enterprises or collective
societies, each with thousands of members
and professionally managed.”

To ensure the rise of women's power in the Amrit
Kaal, it is everyone's responsibility to move this
empowerment journey forward at a rapid pace.
The Central Government believes that the new
approach to women's power should be more than
just a symbol, ensuring women's participation and
leadership at all levels and in all fields. Women's
empowerment is not only a matter of social justice;
it is also a matter of economic imperative. When
women are empowered, the country advances.
Several studies have found that when women
are given equal opportunities in education and
employment, they are more likely to enter the
labour force, thereby strengthening the country's
economy. As India strives to become the world's
fifth largest economy by becoming a five trillion-
dollar economy, a more active role for women will
be helpful in achieving this ambitious goal. Indeed,
as women become more educated and capable, the
global community will become more progressive
and developed, free of many anomalies.
When half of the population walks together,
everyone's dreams will come true.
Every key to happiness is in a full flight of half
the sky.
