When Prime Minister Narendra Modi was addressing the nation for the
11th time in a row from the ramparts of the Red Fort, he was content with
the development journey undertaken in the last decade by considering

140 crore citizens as his family and also an unwavering resolve to build
a grand India by 2047. This time's address from the Red Fort was also
important from the point of view of Indian culture because the number
11 is considered a 'karmic' number in numerology, which is considered
a symbol of purity and a new beginning. Prime Minister Modi has
started the journey of Viksit Bharat with the efforts of the people in
