very moment of mine is for the nation; every
second is dedicated to the country; every
bit of my being is solely for Maa Bharati.
Therefore, with the commitment of working
E24x7 and with the vision of a Viksit Bharat
by 2047, I call upon my fellow citizens: Let us make
the dreams of our forefathers a resolution, connect
our dreams to them, and add our efforts to them. Let
us align our aspirations and our efforts to ensure that
the 21st century, which is destined to be the century
of Bharat, becomes a ‘Swarnim Bharat’ (Golden India),
and make ‘Viksit Bharat’ in this century and advance
towards fulfilling those dreams. As an independent
Bharat is reaching new milestones after 75 years of
its journey, let us not leave any stone unturned. And
I assure you that I will leave no stone unturned in the
wake of the responsibility you have entrusted in me.
I will never shy away from hard work. I never back
down in courage; I never fear facing challenges. Why?
Because I live for you, I live for your future, I live for the
bright future of Maa Bharati. Let us move forward with
firm resolve under the shadow of the national flag,
under the shadow of the Tricolour, to realize those
dreams..
These words of Prime Minister Narendra Modi,
who created a new democratic record of addressing
the nation for the 11th time from the ramparts of the
Red Fort, are a message of building a new India with
strong determination and vigor, which neither stops,
nor gets tired, nor loses. Only with determined resolve,
the journey of development is being made continuous
and is moving towards the creation of a grand India.
This was the first address of Modi 3.0 from the
ramparts of the Red Fort, but in the last decade of his
tenure, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has become a
reflection of his bold and transformative decisions.
Today, the country is considering the policy of nation
first as paramount. Whereas there was a time when
for a long period a large section of the society was
deprived of the feeling of freedom and they were left
at the mercy of destiny. But Prime Minister Modi left
no stone unturned in making these a reality by taking
tough decisions, be it the 'Bhagirathi' campaign of
tap water or construction of toilets, pucca houses
for everyone, LPG connection for everyone, health
facilities for everyone, ensuring the safety of farmers
by considering them as providers of food or the
campaign to free them from the mentality of slavery.
Actually, courage is needed for any reform, and
where there is courage, new possibilities are born.
