The state of Bihar is called the mother of democracy. The record voter
turnout in the Bihar Assembly Elections 2025 is a testament to the fact that
the electorate is voting for social justice, where every family gets equality,
respect, and opportunities. The message of this celebration of the festival
of democracy is that the Indian citizens now only want development, fast
development to become a Viksit Bharat.

the world that this is the most opportune time to invest in Bihar. Today I want to say
this to every mother, every youth, every farmer, and every poor family of Bihar: Your
trust is my pledge. Your hope is my resolve, and my young friends’ aspirations are my
inspiration. Together, we will build a Bihar that will be prosperous and developed.
