A Call from Red Fort

Obesity is a big problem and the root of
many diseases. This is the reason why
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who
considers the citizens of the country as
his family, appealed from the ramparts
of the Red Fort to get rid of this growing
problem. PM Modi, who brought a new
awareness in the country with calls like
cleanliness, Aatma Nirbhar Bharat, has
now taken a step further and advocated
that every family in the country should
reduce the use of oil in food by 10%.
This call is an important step for the
nation, because a Swasth Bharat is the
basis of a Viksit Bharat…

n According to the study, today one in every eight people is affected by
obesity, while in the coming years every third person will be obese.
n According to the estimates of the National Family Health Survey-5,
24% women and 23% men are overweight or obese.
n WHO data shows that in 2022, about 250 crore people around
the world were overweight, that is, their weight was much more
than required.

If we want to increase our potential, first of all,
we have to focus on our fitness and well-being.
Do you remember one of my suggestions for
fitness and weight loss? Reduce oil in food by
10%, and reduce weight. When you are fit, you
will be more super hit in life.
