The Beating Retreat ceremony held on the evening of January 29, 2026, at Vijay Chowk in
New Delhi, evoked a sense of pride with its exquisite display of melodious Indian tunes
and the rhythmic marching of the soldiers. The event powerfully showcased Operation
Sindoor, the 150th anniversary of ‘Vande Mataram,’ India’s women’s cricket achievements,
the Ashney drone, the Bhairav Battalion, and the ancient ‘Garuda Vyuh’ battle
formation. This Beating Retreat parade marked the culmination of the 77th Republic
Day celebrations and was a distinctive display of our rich military heritage...
