I am a regular reader of the popular magazine
New India Samachar. The article published in
the Bengali edition dated March 1–15, 2026—
giving an account of the bravery of Param Vir
Chakra recipient Rifleman Sanjay Kumar—deeply
impressed me. In connection with that article, I
would like to share a very proud and memorable
moment from my own life. On December 8, 2000,
at the Jammu Cantonment, I had the distinct
privilege of meeting Rifleman Sanjay Kumar in
person. Thank you for continuously inspiring us
by sharing the stories of India’s brave heroes.

I have been a regular recipient of the New India
Samachar magazine for quite some time now. Through
this magazine, we receive reliable and precise information
regarding India’s progress. It provides updates on the
developmental strides being made across the country
under the leadership of our Prime Minister Modi. This
is immensely encouraging for the citizens of the nation.
It serves to further enhance the pride, prestige, and glory

Complex Subjects Explained in
Simple Language
As a reader, I would like to share my
experience after reading the March 1–15,
2026 issue of New India Samachar. I
found this particular issue to be extremely
informative, accessible, and engaging.
The magazine presents the country’s
progress, new government schemes, and
contemporary issues in very simple and
easy-to-understand language. Reading
about the advancements taking place in
infrastructure development, cybersecurity,
healthcare services, 6G technology,
railways, and the space sector gives a clear
picture of the nation’s overall growth. I
particularly appreciated the fact that even
complex subjects have been explained in
a simplified manner, making them easily
comprehensible even to the average reader.
Furthermore, the information provided
is both authentic and highly useful.
This magazine proves to be immensely
beneficial for students preparing for
competitive examinations, as it offers
concise and lucid coverage of current
affairs. As a reader, I can tell that this issue
is both informative and inspiring. It is my
hope that similarly useful issues continue
to be published in the future.

Request to Publish NIS in Nepali
language as well
I was delighted to learn that New India
Samachar, published in 13 Indian languages,
including Hindi, provides the opportunity
to stay informed about developments
across various sectors within the country,
as well as the government’s public welfare
schemes. My humble request is that, if at all
possible, arrangements be made to publish
this magazine in the Nepali language as
well. I am confident that you will give due
consideration to my request.
