                                                    designated cities across the country. As part of this initiative, 75,000
                                                    camps were organised across 2,000 cities and districts nationwide.
                                                    During this period, over 1.91 crore digital life certificates (DLCs)
                                                    were generated, of which more than 1.16 crore (60%) were created
                                                    using face authentication technology. The Digital Life Certificate
                                                    (DLC) is an Aadhaar-based digital service for pensioners, enabling
                                                    them to submit their life certificates from the comfort of their
                                                    homes using a smartphone via face authentication. n
